Stop Sourcing a New Drone Operator in Every Market
Most drone operators are photographers first. They don't know what an orthomosaic is for, why weekly cadence matters, or what format your BIM coordinator needs. So you explain it — again — every time a project opens in a new city.
We speak PM and VDC. Our teams have worked with VDC coordinators, project managers, superintendents, and GCs, and we know what you need before you have to explain it: consistent capture, usable formats, and data delivered before the meeting, not after.
Because every local pilot team executes the same national standard, a GC running projects in multiple markets gets identical deliverables from every site — one vendor, one onboarding, one format your whole team already knows.
What We Deliver
Progress Documentation
Recurring aerial updates — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — on the same schedule across every active site. Keep owners and stakeholders informed without site visits.
Orthomosaic Mapping
Georeferenced 2D maps stitched from hundreds of images. Measure distances and areas, overlay plans, and track changes over time with consistent resolution standards.
3D Site Models
Interactive 3D models for planning, presentations, and BIM integration. Show stakeholders exactly what's happening on site from anywhere.
VDC Integration
Deliverables formatted for your VDC workflows. Direct compatibility with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, BIM 360, and common construction platforms.
Volumetric Analysis
Stockpile volumes, cut/fill quantities, and material movement tracking, with methodology documented so your team can rely on the numbers.
As-Built Documentation
Comprehensive aerial documentation for project closeout. Archive-quality imagery and data, organized the same way on every project.
Why Construction Teams Work With Us
- We speak construction and VDC — Project workflow experience, not just photography. You never have to explain what an orthomosaic is.
- One standard, every market — Same capture specs, same file naming, same report structure whether the site is local or across the country.
- Data formats you can use — GeoTIFF, DXF/DWG, LAS/LAZ, OBJ/FBX, PDF reports. Compatible with the systems you already run.
- Reliable cadence — Same day each week if you need it, aligned to your meeting schedule. Most deliverables within 48 hours.
- Local airspace handled locally — Pilot teams in each market manage LAANC authorizations and FAA coordination for their own airspace.
- FAA Part 107 certified pilots, up to $10M liability coverage — One vendor file and COI covers all your projects.
Built for Multi-Market Builders
GCs and developers with projects in more than one city usually run a patchwork of drone vendors — different formats, different reliability, different paperwork in every market. We replace the patchwork: one point of contact, one scope, one deliverable standard executed by local pilots who know their own airspace and weather.
If you're documenting sites across multiple markets, our national accounts program sets up a single agreement, a single onboarding, and a standing cadence for every active project.
Construction & VDC FAQs
We have active projects in several cities. Do deliverables really match across markets?
Yes. Every pilot team works from the same capture specifications, processing pipeline, and QC checklist. An orthomosaic from one market uses the same resolution standards, file naming, and folder structure as one from any other. Your VDC team builds one workflow and it works everywhere.
What file formats do you deliver for VDC integration?
GeoTIFF for orthomosaics, DXF/DWG for CAD integration, LAS/LAZ for point clouds, OBJ/FBX for 3D models, and PDF reports for stakeholder updates. Deliverables are compatible with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks workflows.
How quickly do you turn around deliverables?
Most deliverables arrive within 48 hours of the flight. For recurring progress documentation, we align delivery to your meeting cadence — if your OAC meeting is Thursday morning, your data is in your inbox before it starts, in every market.
How do you handle airspace around our sites?
Local pilot teams handle it. Each market's pilots fly that airspace regularly, hold LAANC authorization access, and manage FAA coordination for controlled airspace near airports. You give us the site address; airspace is our problem, not yours.
Our procurement process requires COIs and vendor onboarding. Can you handle that once for all our projects?
Yes. One vendor file covers every market: FAA Part 107 pilot certifications, certificates of insurance with up to $10M in liability coverage, W-9, and any site-specific documentation your risk team requires. National account clients complete onboarding once, not once per city.
Can you fly the same day and cadence on every site?
That's the point of the model. If you want every active site documented the first Monday of the month, local teams in each market fly to that schedule and deliverables land in the same format on the same timeline. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadences are all standard.
